When Henry Barry – College of Arts & Sciences class of 2015 – was a student blogger, he wrote about his classes, life on campus, and all of the things he was glad he did, or wish he had done sooner, at WashU.
Henry is now Vice President of Retirement Solutions Strategy at BlackRock in New York. “After graduating from WashU with a degree in Economics and a minor in Writing, I moved to San Francisco, and later to New York City, to work in asset management in a role helping people invest for retirement. This has let me combine my interest in finance with my love of writing and connecting with people. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with friends, rock climbing, hiking, or at the gym.” says Henry.
