Here’s a statement from CS40 regarding the Macklemore concert I wrote about earlier.
Here’s a statement from CS40:
We regret to announce that WuStock will have to change its date from April 6th to Sunday, March 24th. There was a conflict with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’s schedule and we wanted to do everything we could to keep them as our headliner. This was the only date that worked with both parties. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused anyone, especially those who have made plans around the concert. That being said, WuStock itself will still be the same and we expect the concert to still be an absolutely amazing time that no one should miss.
On a related note. Anyone with a valid WashU ID will be admitted into the concert. Guests of students are permitted as well but they will need to have a guest ticket purchased by their host. Tickets for guests are $25 and they will be sold in BD on March 6th and 7th. No outside party will be admitted without a WashU ID or a guest ticket, so if you are having a guest, it is imperative that you buy them a ticket. Students who bring guests will need to provide their guests’s as well as their own name, e-mail, phone number, and sign a waiver at time of purchase.
